📱 What repeatable systems have helped increase your clinic’s inbound calls?
For many months, my clinic has averaged only about 20–25 inbound calls per month in total with about 50 outbound calls.
This includes calls from new patients, current and returning patients, insurance inquiries, scheduling questions, spam, and general calls.
My average new-patient volume is 7.14 patients per month.
Because this has been a consistent pattern rather than a temporary slowdown, I’m looking for repeatable systems that can generate more qualified inbound calls each month.
This is one of my main bottlenecks.

I have a patient who had a spinal stroke at C3-4. He has numbness and tingling through his left arm and leg, weakness in left glutes. I have done upper and lower perfusion treatment on him twice a week for the last 3 mos. He has had some improvement. Should I also be doing any local channel points, scalp points? Anything else other than perfusion?
