I was curious as to if anyone had a one page notes sheet to use when taking notes for assessments and initial evaluation. I took one of these order sheets from waffle House and am always doing some revisions and generate a checklist. I'm still making changes.
I remember Anthony has the one he shows at exstore. Does anyone else have an evaluation sheet they want to share?
Wins: had almost a full day with 2 rooms running today. I'm hoping for more days like this in the near future. It was easy to run 2 rooms. I still had great results and time to do everything I wanted.
