I treat a whole spectrum of runners in clinic, from Ironman athletes to weekend joggers and everything in between. Is there an equivalent to a sural nerve release for the upper body?
I can get back 20-30 degrees in straight leg raise with this generally.
Would the upper body equivalent release areas contributing to frozen shoulder? Or serratus area?
Been a curious question on my mind.
