Spring is coming… eventually. And when it does, runners will start emerging again, not just the die-hards who have been braving the cold all winter. I treat a whole spectrum of runners in clinic, from Ironman athletes to weekend joggers and everything in between. This webinar is an absolute goldmine, and I hope you get as much out of it as I have.
Is there an equivalent to a sural nerve release for the upper body?
I can get back 20-30 degrees in straight leg raise with this generally.
Would the upper body equivalent release areas contributing to frozen shoulder? Or serratus area?
Been a curious question on my mind.
DATE CHANGED: This is now Saturday April 11th at 1pm EST. The case study topic is Axillary Nerve Compression of the Shoulder.
Happy spring! * Join us for April's Intro to Exstore, where we'll break things down, learn together, and keep it fun and practical. Anthony will be presenting a case study so you can see how this work plays out in real time, stick around after to ask questions and dive deeper. Bring a friend (or two!)
